• 🚌 Field Trip Meal Request Instructions

    For Teachers and Secretaries | Nutrition & Dining Services

    To help us provide meals for your students during field trips, please follow these simple steps to submit your request:


    ✅ Step 1: Submit the Field Trip Meal Request Form


    🗓️ Step 2: Submit Early

    • Submit at least 2 weeks (10 business days) before the scheduled field trip.

    • This allows enough time for meal planning and preparation.


    📋 Step 3: Complete All Required Information

    When filling out the form, please include:

    • School name

    • Teacher or contact person

    • Date of field trip

    • Number of students needing meals

    • Time of meal pick-up 

    • Destination of the field trip

    • Special dietary needs (allergies)

    Please use all roster templates included in the form.

    No other formats will be accepted. 


    🧃 Step 4: Pick-Up or Delivery

    • Meals can be picked up from the school cafeteria OR

    • Delivered, depending on your school’s arrangement.


    ⚠️ Important Reminders

    • Still submit the form even if no meals are needed
    • No last-minute requests will be accepted – plan ahead!

    • Accurate counts matter – Include all participants who need meals.

    • If there are any changes or cancellations, notify Nutrition Services ASAP.
