Budget Reduction Plan
This Budget Reduction Plan, as required of FSD 145, was submitted to the IL State Board of Education.
Staffing Decisions: A Careful and Legal Process
When staffing reductions are necessary, decisions are based on:
- Student learning
- Student safety
- Legal requirements
- Equity across schools
A Reduction in Force (RIF) is a legal process required under Illinois law during financial hardship.
A RIF notice does not automatically mean termination.
