Flyer DistributionSince December 2015, our district works with approved community partners by posting eflyers online and distributing them electronically through a service provider called Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.
Please follow the steps below to request flyer approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed in the schools, though copies may be made available in the school office area for families who do not have internet access.
- Visit www.peachjar.com
- Register as an Enrichment / Community Org. (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval.
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards specified below in Policy 860.03. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.Peachjar’s service fee will be waived in districts when a local community organization is promoting a free event that does not entice participants to join a fee‐based program, or purchase products or services. To request a free distribution, a community organization should contact Peachjar at firstname.lastname@example.org with the flyer attached in .PDF format. Once the flyer has been reviewed, a Peachjar representative will contact the community organization to provide posting instructions.Click on the link above for more information about the board policy guiding distribution of community flyers to students.
