New Student Enrollment
Welcome to Freeport School District! We’re excited to help you begin your student’s enrollment journey. To get started, please click the link below. All required documents may be uploaded during the online enrollment process or submitted in person at the Enrollment & Transportation Center.
Please note the following requirements for new students:

Students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grades must have a valid Illinois school physical on file to attend.

Students transferring from outside the state of Illinois (any grade level) must also provide a current physical.

Students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th, 9th, 12th, or any grade from out of state must submit up-to-date immunization records.

All new students are required to have a certified copy of their birth certificate on file with the district within 30 days of enrollment.
