Mercy Health/FHN is no longer sponsoring sports physical clinics over the summer. Please schedule an appointment with your regular provider or at Physicians Immediate Care on Burchard Hills.

Student Attendance at High School Athletic Events
- All pre-K through 8th grade students who wish to attend high school home athletic events must be with their own parent/guardian in order to enter and must remain with them throughout the event.
- All 6th—12th grade students must present their school ID in order to enter the event.
Spectator Information
- The NIC-10 Conference ticket prices for this year: Adult, $6.00, Students & Sr. Citizens, $3.00. Ticket sales for home athletic events are sold online. For more information, please visit the athletic website.
- Our home and away volleyball, basketball, wrestling, football, and soccer events are broadcast on the NFHS Network and on HudlTV (varsity only) when available.
- To subscribe, visit www.NFHSnetwork.com. Search for Freeport, subscribe and Follow. The annual pass is $69 or the monthly pass is $10.99/month.
- To watch on HudlTV, visit https://fan.hudl.com/. Search for Freeport High School. There is no annual subscription fee to watch.
